We get it, this is probably your first time building or renovating your home. The whole process can be confusing and quite overwhelming. But as a team of custom home builders Sydney wide do this all the time.

Not all projects are equal - some clients come to us with completed and approved architecture or design plans, and others contact us at the very start of the project - we work with you to at any step of the process. This is to not only ensure that you feel supported but to also help and guide you through the process as our team of custom and duplex builders Sydney wide have completed numerous end-to-end projects across the Sutherland Shire and Sydney's eastern suburbs.

The best way to talk things through is to meet. So that we get to know more about your project, and so that you get a sense of what it’s like to build with SSR Projects.

DESIGN TIME

If you’ve already got your designs, then great let’s get on with the development. We have partners who can help you with additional design support.

DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION

Once you have got your designs and are happy with them, your design documentation is prepped for CDC or DA approval.

CONTRACTS

Once your design is finalised and submitted, we will quote the scope of works and come back to you with a contract for you to review and sign.

THE FINER DETAILS

It’s time to make some decisions on the selections of your appliances, fixtures, fittings and finishes. We aren’t interior designers, but we have partners who can assist with this (if required).

CONSTRUCTION

Once we get construction approval, SSR Projects can make a start on your project. We communicate our progress with you every step of the way.

HANDOVER

Upon completion, we will arrange the final inspections and get you an Occupation Certificate. Once this is all done its time to hand over your keys to your home.
