Unfortunately, we can’t give out quotes over the phone. It’s too difficult to provide an accurate quote, without visiting the premises in question first. If we were to give you a quote over the phone, we could over (or under) estimate the amount of work required. As a result, you could be lumped with extra charges.

We sure can. As industry experts, with extensive experience, we can provide advice and information on every aspect of your renovation, including fixtures, fittings and all other building products and materials. All you have to do is ask!

Not really. It’s always a good idea for you to clean out all the cupboards in the room we will be working in. That way, we can get to work as soon as we arrive.

Always. We will leave your home sparkling clean. We usually arrange a skip for big jobs, removing all the old fixtures and fittings immediately. Your new bathroom, kitchen or renovation will be spick and span, and ready to use as soon as we are finished.

Unfortunately, some disruption is inevitable when it comes to home renovation projects. SSR Projects promises to communicate with you well ahead of time, keeping you informed of any impending disruptions. That way, you can easily plan around them.

Certainly. SSR Projects is happy to fit and install any and all fixtures and fittings purchased by clients. However, it is worth keeping in mind that we can secure cost-effective rates (and even discounts) through reliable trade suppliers.

This is entirely up to you. You don’t have to move out of your home while we are working, but keep in mind that home renovations are messy. There will be dust and noise and (if we are renovating your bathroom or kitchen) you might not have running water or a toilet for a day or two.

If you decide to go ahead with our quote, we will lock in a time to come out and see you. That way, we can finalise all the elements of the job, including a start date. We will also discuss payment and, depending on the size of the job, might invoice you for a part-payment. On the first day of the job, we will arrive on time, ready to deliver an exceptional home renovation.
